The reading band

Look at the dot and follow it smoothly with your eyes — don't look away.It holds still for a moment first, then moves for about fifteen seconds, pausing a few times along the way. Do this in your real playing position.
Sit as you would while playing. In a moment the dot will jump to 7 spots around the screen — just look at it and hold your gaze until it moves. Takes about 12 seconds.
